The Learning Center (TLC) is a ministry of Ocean View Church, dedicated to partnering with families by offering excellence in early childhood education.  We strive to nurture young children's minds and hearts, helping them grow in faith, love, and understanding. We do this by Integrating biblical truths and a high-quality kindergarten readiness curriculum so that each child may know Christ as their Savior and grow spiritually, emotionally, socially, physically, and cognitively.
